EVALUASI APLIKASI MONITORING VOLUME TANGKI DENGAN METODE USABILITY TASTING

Abstrak

PT CDE is a company engaged in manufacturing automotive rubber parts. The main raw material in the manufacture of rubber part material is rubber compound which is made of a mixture of natural rubber and synthetic rubber with other chemicals. To increase dispersion and decrease viscosity in the production of rubber compound, Rubber Processing Oil (RPO) is needed as a plasticizer. To control the availability of RPO stock, relevant departments are still experiencing problems due to conventional tools. Therefore, digitalization is needed to improve and facilitate the control of RPO stock, namely by creating a tank monitoring application.

The results of the evaluation of the tank monitoring application for users with the usability testing method resulted in 100% effectiveness, 80% efficiency and 86.88% satisfaction which means that it is acceptable based on the SUS theory and also the Handbook of Usability Testing.
