ANALISIS SISTEM PENEMPATAN COIL DI AREA LUAR GUDANG PT XYZ DENGAN METODE FAST, SLOW, NON-MOVING

Abstrak

The current application system has not been clearly defined regarding the location of coil storage which is outside the PT XYZ warehouse area. The coil placement system located outside the warehouse area of PT XYZ immediately fills in only the empty and irregular parts related to the type of coil stored. The author tries to solve the problem by analyzing the coil placement system outside the PT XYZ warehouse using the FSN method. The results of this study are that products in the fast moving category have 163 palettes of NYM type coils, stored in IZ – 4, IU -3, and IE – 6 layouts. Products in the slow moving category have 117 palettes of NYA and NYM-i coils. , stored in IE – 12, IE – 5, IS – 3, IS – 25 layouts. Products in the non-moving category include NYAF and NYMHY coil types of 48 and 37 palettes, stored in IE – 10 and CV layouts.
