Abstrak

PT X is a tire company in Indonesia. PT X. especially the plant mixing center produces the starting material for making tires, namely compound. The mixing process begins with the material process, namely rubber and chemical which are weighed according to specifications. Weighing chemicals in the Raw System area, where the Raw System functions to combine several medicinal ingredients into one plastic, the process requires a sealing machine to seal the plastic so that the medicinal ingredients do not spill. But in reality the sealing machine has not worked optimally which causes the plastic to not close tightly. In addition, the shape of the sealing machine is also not ergonomic, especially on the sealing machine table with a height below the operator's average height which makes the operator have to bend over when using it. Therefore, this research was conducted for Ergonomic Calculation Analysis on Sealing Machine Design. This research was conducted using an ergonomic approach with the Anthropometry method and the REBA method.Kata Kunci : Splicing, SMED, OEE, Set-up, Pergantian size
