Abstract

Based on the results of interviews conducted on workers measuring motorcycle tire dimensions, workers experienced back and neck pain caused by a bent position when taking measurements. In this study, an analysis of the body posture of workers measuring motorcycle tire dimensions was carried out using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method, table design based on anthropometry and standard time analysis using the Stopwatch Time Study method. The results of the analysis resulted in a change in the REBA score which was originally 10 (High Risk), after designing the REBA score to 3 (Low Risk). The results of the table design based on the dimensions of the worker's body, the length of the table is 60 cm, the width of the table is 48.5 cm, and the height of the table is 80 cm. The standard time produced by workers before the design is 9 minutes and after the design is 8 minutes.
