Abstract

The gold extraction process in the leaching tank is strongly influenced by the Oxygen Plant, so the value of the Oxygen Plant parameter needs to be monitored to determine the quality of the oxygen taken into the leaching tank. Previously, the Oxygen Plant monitoring process was carried out by manually recording the Oxygen Plant parameter data in the Oxygen Plant area. However, the operator's Post to the location of the Oxygen Plant is quite far so that causes the operator to take a long time (about 18 minutes) to carry out these activities. This research was conducted to analyze and wait for the operator's working time after the implementation of a real-time monitoring system on the Oxygen Plant. This study uses the method of measuring working time, which is carried out on operators who record Oxygen Plant data both before and before the application of the system. Based on the results of the research data obtained, the operator's working time, which previously averaged 6,11 minutes, decreased after the implementation of the real-time monitoring system to an average of 1,86 minutes. The implementation of the real-time monitoring system provides a storage time of 4,25 minutes or 69,5% for the operator. The results of the T-test conducted show that the implementation of a real-time monitoring system at the Oxygen Plant affects the operator's working time in recording data.
