Abstract

The Cone Crusher Machine (CR02) has an important role in the company's success to support the production process. PT Natra Mining is an industrial company that produces Ore (rock) into precious metals. In the production process at PT Natra Mining, the use of various production machines is very important to support the sustainability of the production process. These machines also play a role in supporting the production process. However, often the machine is damaged which can lead to high downtime during production The method to overcome this problem involves a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) analysis using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method as well as a 5W1H analysis to provide repair recommendations. The results of the analysis show that the average OEE value of the Cone Crusher machine (CR02) is 54%, with 54% availability, 100% performance, and 100% quality. The proposed improvements are, making SOPs in the work area, carrying out preventive maintenance, namely by inspecting machine parts that can be carried out by the operator and assisted by experts such as the mechanical team, ensuring that the material before production is dry and cleaning the material before entering the Cone Crusher (CR02).
