ANALISA DAN PERANCANGAN ULANG TATA LETAK GUDANG LOGISTIK PT. INDEXIM COALINDO DENGAN METODE CLASS BASED STORAGE

Abstract

Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) is one of the tests commonly used to evaluate working posture for the upper body part. RULA will be used to evaluate the posture of employees when using a desk in the PRL Department at the PT LSA Head Office. In measurements before improvements were made, the value of RULA 5 was obtained, which means that employees have a risk of injury when using a work desk. After making improvements with the Anthropometric approach, a new table size was obtained, namely 160 cm for the length of the table, 65 cm for the width of the table, and 75 for the height of the table. After making repairs to the work desk, the RULA test was carried out. Based on the test, the RULA value is 2, so it can be categorized as safe and low risk of injury when it used.
